Sony Cyber-shot HX95 and HX99 Philippine Review Price at 32,000 PHP

Two new arrivals at Sony : we are not talking about the Xperia XZ3 , but two compact cameras that are part of the Cyber-shot line . The two models are HX95 and HX99 , almost the same both in the technical card and in the price.

As mentioned, the data sheets are almost equivalent : both have a processor dedicated to processing the image BIONZ X (combined with the LSI co-processor), can record in 4K (3,840 x 2,160 pixels), have a 180-degree LCD screen ° and a 1 / 2.3 "Exmor R CMOS 18MP sensor .

On the front of the lenses we have ZEISS Vario-Sonnar T * 24-720mm Zoom lenses , a SteadShot optical stabilization , Zoom Assist and an auto focus of just 0.09 s.

What are the differences ? HX99 has an OLED Tru-Finder viewfinder against the simple retractable one of the HX95.


In addition, HX99 has a control ring with custom functions, Touch Shutter, Touch Focus and a technique called Focus Pad shifting.

The price ? Sony will sell Cyber-shot HX99 and HX95 from October at a price of Php32,311 and Php31,068 respectively. A minimum price difference for minimum technical differences. More information can be found on the official pages of HX99 and HX95 .
