Sony Xperia Z2A aka Xperia Z2 Compact is here, Philippine Price, Availability and Specs

The Xperia ZSA or Xperia Z2 Compact will be priced at Php27,000 to Php30,000. Availability is November 2014.

So it is official, after spotting the unicorn in Japan early this year, and lately in Taiwan, Sony will soon announce the younger sibling of the much celebrated Xperia Z2.

It is not a MINI,  repeat after me, it is NOT A MINI!

I don't know, but manufacturers these days like HTC, SAMSUNG and LG are making a fool of themselves shelling out MINIs that are not MINI.

A true Mini phone should be no larger than 4.7 inches, at least for my smaller hands.

The Xperia Z2A or Xperia Z2 Compact have a few downgrades, for instance, the build is now plastic as opposed to the glass on the bigger Z2.

The size is 5 inches, the Z2 is 5.2 INCHES.

The battery here is less than 200 mAh than the Z2.

The rest of the specs - camera, chipset, etc - are pretty much the same with the Sony Xperia Z2.

And it will be available only in ASIA and oh yes, it is still waterproof, you know how much rain we get here in this part of the globe.
