BYD, the world's largest electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, has partnered with Ayala Corporation, one of the largest conglomerates in the Philippines, to offer a range of EVs in the country. The partnership aims to accelerate the country's transition to sustainable mobility and technological innovation. BYD Philippines currently offers four EV models: the luxury executive sedan BYD Han, the spacious 7-seater family SUV BYD Tang, the compact hatchback BYD Dolphin, and the minivan BYD T3. The company plans to introduce another highly awarded EV model, the BYD ATTO 3, by the end of the year. The Delica is known for its versatility, spaciousness, and off-road capability. The latest generation of the Delica, the D:5, was launched in Japan in 2019. It is based on the Mitsubishi Outlander platform and features a distinctive design that combines elements of an SUV and an MPV ².
