Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini price: Php15,999.00 to 17,999.00. In the US, the S4 Mini have started to penetrate with $0.00 offering for a two year contract. But is this phone really a mini?

The S4 Mini is the same size as iPhone 5S. It has the same design and articulations from the metal rims to the patterned cheap looking plastic backing.

What is Mini however are the specs, it is less powerful, less pixel density and it has 8GB of ROM.

So far Samsung fanboys this is something again they can match for those looking for iPhone 5S 4 incher alternative.
