Amazon Kindle HD 8.9 Slams iPad Retina With New Ad

Amazon has just released a brand new commercial for the Kindle HD version 8.9.

This time though they are not just trying to release a tablet that is HD they are really kicking some aces.

And you know whose aces they are kicking? You guessed it.

They did a blatant comparison with the Apple iPad retina.

In the ad, the voice talent says that there is nothing completely different about the two, except of course for one thing.

And that is price.

"This is the iPad with Retina display," says the text of the ad. "And this is the new Kindle Fire HD with an 8.9-inch display (...) You may not be able to tell the difference. But your wallet definitely can," the ad ends.

The ad difference is of course is something to raise eye brows.

The price $299 is such a god price does this even bother iPad.

One of the tech reviewers says it is a good buy but not an iPad killer.

BYD, the world's largest electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, has partnered with Ayala Corporation, one of the largest conglomerates in the Philippines, to offer a range of EVs in the country. The partnership aims to accelerate the country's transition to sustainable mobility and technological innovation. BYD Philippines currently offers four EV models: the luxury executive sedan BYD Han, the spacious 7-seater family SUV BYD Tang, the compact hatchback BYD Dolphin, and the minivan BYD T3. The company plans to introduce another highly awarded EV model, the BYD ATTO 3, by the end of the year. Shell expands its mobility services in the Philippines with EV charging stations and carbon offset program Shell, one of the leading energy companies in the Philippines, has recently launched two new initiatives that aim to promote smarter and cleaner mobility in the country: Shell Recharge and Shell NBS Carbon Offset Service. These offerings are part of Shell's efforts to reduce its carbon footprint and cater to the changing needs of its customers.
