Here Are Workout Myths You Should Now

Very informative! Have you guys seen all the super well marketed gimick-filled OVERPRICED workout stuff online? I'm pretty sure an advertisement/featured video kicks around YouTube for "The secret to six pack abs" it's based on something called the afterburn effect, which I can't find any scientific support for. In your experience do a lot of people fall for this stuff? What is your advice?

Yeah a lot of people buy into quick fixes which don't often work, sure some things work better for others but everyone is different. Its about finding a balance that works for you, so you enjoy it and it's easy to sustain. Although there is such thing as the after burn effect, from what i've learnt basically it is that if you lift weights at a high intensity you will kept burning calories for an extended time after you stop.
