Showering Daily Is Actually Bad For Your Body? 5 Reasons Why Everyday Bathing Is Not Good

In the Philippines, not showering daily is a mortal sin, yet recent scientific reports say that this routine could be unhealthy for you.

1. First, shampooing strips off that natural oil in your hair. Once a month shampoo is good to avoid getting rid of that all important oil in your hair glands that is your body’s basic way of your moisturizing your hair.



Now, Filipinos are complaining that they get dandruff if they don’t shampoo everyday, that is either because they are allergic to certain hair products or its just that they don’t really clean their hair that well.

2. Skin has a natural way of fighting bacteria. Everyday shower can decrease your skin’s defense against harmful germs. And yes if you don’t shower, it could cause you more germs. Well the good news my friends, is that even if you shower, you are still harboring bacteria in your body.

Ever heard of good bacteria? No wonder why those soap manufacturers are always forcing you to use their anti-bacterial products that is because your skin’s way of combating harmful germs have already been stripped off.

And then of course, there are those moisturizing lotions. Your skin already has a natural moisturizer.
